In the research, 30 healthy females over the age of 45 received 2 different oral doses (low dose – 1200 mg/d, high dose – 3600 mg/d) of pure Aloe Vera gel supplementation for 90 days.
After just 90 days, facial wrinkles improved significantly in both groups, and the women in the lower-dose group also seeing improvements in facial elasticity.

7 Reasons to Sleep Naked

New research reveals that men who sleep naked have better quality sperm, but that's only one of the reasons you should wear your birthday suit to bed.
Good news, fans of sleeping in the nude: you now have an excuse to air yourself at night-time.

According to a new study by the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development, Maryland, and Stanford University, sleeping in boxer shorts or PJs could damage sperm production and harm the chances of having a baby.

Tight boxers are the biggest offenders here – they increase the temperature of the testicles, which can cause the quality of a man’s sperm to decrease. Ditching them in favour of loose underwear during the day and nothing at night can bring about a 25pc increase in sperm quality, according to the research.

Ancient Romans Had Perfect Teeth

A study found that ancient Romans had perfect teeth because of one food they didn't eat.
Modern dental hygiene would have been quite unnecessary for ancient Romans living in Pompeii, as research has revealed that they had impressively healthy teeth.

Scientists appointed by the Archaeological Superintendence of Pompeii have used CAT scans to examine 30 Pompeii inhabitants who were preserved in hardened ash after Mount Vesuvius erupted in AD 79. The group, headed by radiologist Giovanni Babino, released photos of their work on Sept. 29, and revealed in a press conference that the ancient Romans had perfect teeth and “no immediate discernible need for dentists,” according news agency Agenzia Giornalistica Italia.
