I think our ancestors already knew this from experience though they might not have been able to provide the data to prove it.

  2. No, massage won't help. The butt is muscle. Do squats and lunges, but you have to go deep to build the glutes. Only going halfway down mostly just works the thighs.

  4. Squats and lunges do not reduce the butt, except in the sense that exercise in general reduces body fat. If you have a fat butt, then squats and lunges might reduce it. As I said, to target the butt, you must go low. Then add weights when you can do 3-5 sets of 10-12 repetitions of each exercise.

  11. Have a lot of carbs to gain weight, the weight won't only go on your butt but also on the rest of your body, mostly your tummy, but for that you can do tummy excercies, this will compliment your body with a tiny waist and a big old booty (:
