Is Loose Skin after Weight Loss a Myth?
Is loose skin after weight loss a myth? According to Mark Sisson, most "loose skin" is actually stubborn fat..

ReplyDeleteLoose skin can be caused by stretched skin after pregnancy and breast feeding of over swellings of the skin , if the skin has not enough elasticity to cover the expansion.
ReplyDeleteThis article is talking about weight loss, not pregnancy or breastfeeding.
