Many women would like to improve the appearance of their butt by making it bigger, rounder, and firmer. Exercise is the best way to do that, but exercise gets the best results when the body is well-nourished. A nutritious diet is important, but you cannot possibly get all of the nutrients you need to get optimal results from your exercise program through diet alone.
In order to get the best results from your butt workouts, take as many of the following supplements as you can. You should be able to find all of them at a health food store or pharmacy.
Apple cider vinegar
Apple cider vinegar helps to digest and absorb nutrients better. Take 2 teaspoons mixed in water before each meal.
Soy protein
Soy protein has natural phytoestrogens that will build a bigger butt. Make sure you are getting a gram of protein per pound of body weight from food and soy protein every day. Take 40 grams of soy protein 15 minutes after your workouts.
Fish oil
Fish oil promotes cardiovascular health and blood circulation. Take 2 capsules twice a day with food
Lecithin
Lecithin helps bind the fish oil, repair your tissues, and transport nutrients. Take 1 gram 3 times a day with food
Vitamin C
Vitamin C helps keep your veins strong to help transport nutrients Take 500 mg twice a day. 500 mg with a meal and the other 500 mg with the collagen.
Vitamin E
Vitamin E promotes circulation to help transport nutrients. Take 400 IU once a day with a meal with fat in it
BCAAs
Branched-chain amino acids help preserve and build muscle. Take 5 grams of BCAA's twice daily - 5 grams 30 minutes before a workout and 5 grams immediately after a workout (then 40 grams of protein 15 minutes later). Start with 2 grams and work your way up and work up to 5 grams to avoid upset stomach.
Creatine
Creatine helps to build muscle. Take 2.5 grams an hour before a workout and 2.5 grams with your BCAA's immediately after a workout.
L-Arginine
Arginine helps build muscle and makes exercise easier. Take 5 grams twice a day.
Hyularonic acid
Hyularonic acid helps to plump up your skin and will give your butt a smoother appearance. Take 100 mg once a day on an empty stomach with a full glass of water in the morning or before bed.
Collagen
Collagen supplements improve the skin's elasticity. Take 6 grams on an empty stomach before bed or in the morning, but at a different time than the hyularonic acid. Make sure to take some vitamin C with it.
Maca root
The healthy fats of maca root are naturally stored in your butt, hips, and breasts. Raw maca root powder has the best nutrients because the herb is in its whole form. Take 10 grams in three separate does - about 3.3 grams 3 times a day.
Horse chestnut
Horse chestnut helps with leg circulation which will help to grow your muscles and transport nutrients better. Take 500 mg twice a day with food.
If you can't or don't want to take all of the supplements, you can take one or two for each objective - circulation, muscle-building,and skin - or take all the supplements for one of these areas if it's your biggest concern. All of the supplements have more benefits than just the ones listed, so by taking them, you're improving your health, not just the appearance of your butt.
