Many people have the experience of losing weight, but gaining it back again. A new study suggests that the way to avoid that is to continue your diet for one year.
Perseverance pays off when it comes to diets, a study has found.

The breakthrough research suggests people may just have to stick their diet out for a year to keep weight off permanently, The Times reported.
