Natural Butt Enhancement with Fish Oil and Vitamin E

Many women would like to have a bigger butt, or if not bigger, one that is more shapely and firm. The best way to achieve that is with an exercise program that shapes, lifts, and tones the glute muscles. If you are already following an exercise program, though, and want to speed up or improve your results, a butt enhancement wrap of fish oil and vitamin E may be just what you need to achieve your goal.

You will need:
  • Fish oil capsules
  • Vitamin E capsules
  • Pin
  • Plastic wrap
  • Small bowl
  • Heating pad (optional)
Use the pin to poke a little hole in two fish oil capsules and one vitamin E capsule. Put the oil in a small bowl and mix it all up. Next, apply the mix all over your butt cheeks. If you need more, keep the same ratio of two fish oil capsules to one vitamin E capsule.) Then take your plastic wrap and wrap up your butt so that the mixture doesn’t get all over everything.

If you have a heating pad, you can sit on it while your butt is wrapped. Heat opens up the pores, which will improve the absorption of the fish oil and vitamin E mixture. An alternative way to open your pores is to apply the mixture right after your butt workout. Exercise also heats the skin and opens the pores.

Keep the wrap on for half an hour to an hour. Afterwards, the first thing you will want to do is take a shower. The smell of the mixture isn't smoething that you will want on your body for the rest of the day. Do the wrap daily if at all possible. You should see results within a month.

Remember that the fish oil and vitamin E wrap is meant as a supplement, not a replacement, for a butt enhancement exercise program. Combining the two should help you achieve your goal of a bigger butt sooner rather than later. Enduring a fishy smell for a half hour a day for awhile will be worth it once you have the "booty" you have always wished for.

  5. can i know is this method is temperory or permnet.?
    is there any side eefect by using fish oil?
    also if i stop continue this method after i get the butt size i need will i get back to previous butt or can i keep the new butt size that i got..?

  7. ok thnx for your reply and in some articles i saw that it is not perment and it is temperory if i didnt continue it regulary.. so you telling that if i stop continuing it after i get the butt size i need there will be no issue and will not lose that size, only need to continue if i need to increase more.. im afraid that if i stop it after few months i will lose and get back to previus size.. and also plz tell me i can apply this only one day in a week so how many time it will get to get a good reult..? thank you dear..

  11. Hi Caitilin, I have too much cellulite on my butt and thighs. Do you know anything that could help me? Surgical or non surgical. I am currently overweight as well and trying to lose weight by doing aerobics and diet.

  12. Celluite is fat, so losing weight will help more than anything. Exercising the thigh muscles will also help.
