  1. How much herb do you take to make a difference? I can't imagine the recommended dose will produce enlargement. Do you need to "ramp up" the doses?

  4. Hi, will your breasts return to their normal size and composition after you stop taking the herbs? What about if you take them for an extended period of time, ie one year and then stop?
