Essential oils are not applied directly to the skin, but are mixed into a base or carrier oil Some oils you can use as a carrier for essential oils are almond, avocado, coconut, grapeseed, or hemp oil. Jojoba oil, while not a true oil but a wax, will not go rancid like the other oils will. You can use up to fifteen drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil.
Breast-enlarging essential oils work best combined with hydrotherapy. Hydrotherapy uses water to promote health and well-being. A common hydrotherapalternate between hot and cold water in a shower. This can increase circulation to the skin by as much as 95%. This helps your breasts since increased circulation stimulates the production of collagen and elastin - the skin proteins responsible for tone and elasticity - the result is firmer skin and perkier breasts.
The next time you take a shower, spend a few minutes toning your breasts. All you do is rinse your breasts with warm water for thirty seconds and then switch to the coldest water you can stand for ten seconds. Continue alternating between warm and cold water for several minutes.
The cold water application should be for a shorter duration than the warm. It is also important to end the treatment with cold water. Do not apply water that is hot enough to burn. After your hydrotherapy session, apply your essential oils.
If you want to make your essential oils more effective, don't just rub them onto your breasts. Do a proper breast massage. Breast massage can increase breast size by itself, and essential oils just make it that much more powerful.
