Hello caitlin.. ive been taking saw palmetto for breast enlargement for 2 weeks, ive notice a slight difference in breast like more firm and fuller.. the problem is i have noticed that my hips are a little bigger than before and my waist too and felt bloated the whole day even though i weigh myself every morning and the weight have not changed!! is it possible that saw palmetto might increase hip size too!! and could it make me gain weight in the future if i keep taking it for a while??

I've been taking fenugreek for about 3 months now but I've run into a strange situation. I originally started out at taking 3g a day, and after awhile the soreness stopped so I slowly started working my way up to 6g again, only to have the growth stop. I then completely stopped taking the capsules for 3 days, during which my breasts shrunk significantly. I went back to taking only 1g a day and the soreness has returned. my question is maybe that the fenugreek isn't actually causing any growth at all, but just making my milk ducts swell? And should I continue fluctuating the dosage to make sure my body doesn't just adjust to however much I'm taking?
After three months, might be a good time to switch from fenugreek to another herb.
Saw palmetto doesn't cause weight gain; eating too much does.
