Hi Caitlin, I love your articles. I must print them all! I have been taking Fenugreek caps (500mg) and Red Clover caps (350mg) 1 3x per day since early October. I have increased 1/2" already. I was going to continue this until the 3 month mark, which will be early January. This is what I wanted to ask you; should I take a break for a month? Then, I thought I will re-start in February for a further 3 months and also add Saw Palmetto to the plan too. Thanks for all your info and for taking the time to answer all of our questions.

You could either take a break or switch to saw palmetto. If you decide to take the break, you might do breast massage during that time.

Thank you Caitlin. I shall see how I feel near the 3 month mark. If I take a break, I will continue with Breast Massage. Thanks for the tip. But if I decide to continue with herbs I'll up it to 3 herbs (Fenugreek, Red Clover, and add Saw Palmetto) for another 3 months. I will massage in this time also. I will let you know my progress. Hey Caitilin,
I'm a 15 year old girl. My cup size is 32B. I desire bigger breasts than I have right now. I have started doing push-ups and wall-ups regularly but since the local gym doesn't permit teens below 16 to use the weights, i don't have the access to it. Am i on the right path? Will show substantial results? Also, could you please suggest a suitable foodstuffs for the same (which are also available here in India)?

Yes, push-ups are a good pectoral exercise. I don't know what foods are available in India, but try eating of the same types as in this article.

Hi Caitlin, first I want to thank you for these amazing posts, I started with the breast massage yesterday and I hope the results are good, I'm 32B cup roughly and I'm 21 years old, I wanted To ask you about soy milk, I started using it a while ago drinking two cups a day and felt my breasts became slightly fuller, but did not continue as I heard that it has side effects. Should I continue using it or not?
Another thing about the lotions, can I boil Fenugreek then add olive oil to it and massage or what?
Like what is the proper quantity or ratio, I read ur article about Fenugreek but that was my question.
I will start taking Fenugreek pills as well, but I'm still did not buy them.
