Hey Caitlin MacKenna,

Nice small post on the effects of panic attacks and a list of natural herbs and their benefits. I have to say that I find the following three natural herbs to work best for my case. John's Wort, Kava Kava, Passion Flower and Valerian Root. I can surely vouch for these natural herbs as a stress reliever.
