6 Home Remedies for Saggy Breasts

Every woman wants to have firm, perky breasts throughout her life, but saggy breasts usually start happening once a woman reaches her late thirties, although it can occur even earlier. In addition to age, some other factors that can cause saggy breasts include pregnancy, breastfeeding, menopause, rapid weight loss, and wearing a poorly fitting bra.

Although there are a wide variety of creams and lotions available on the market that claim to tighten and tone the breasts, these solutions tend to be expensive and sometimes have side effects. The best way to egain firmness in your breasts is with home remedies. They are quite effective without any side effects, and also far less expensive than commercial creamss and lotions. Here are six home remedies that can help you to add firmness to sagging breasts..

1) Breast Massage:

Massaging your breasts three times per week with olive oil will help add firmness to the breasts as well as increase the elasticity of the skin. Massage draws blood to the surface of the skin, and increased blood flow stimulates cell repair that will improve the appearance of saggy breasts. My article Increase a Cup Size in 30 Days with Breast Massage describes breast massage in more detail.

2) Chest Exercise:

One of the best ways to add firmness to breasts is is chest exercise. Chest exercises help strengthen and tone the pectoral muscles, which will lift the breasts.. My article The Bust Booster Workout: 3 Breast-Lifting Exercises gives a short chest exercise routine that any woman can do.

3) Cucumber and Egg Yolk

An excellent remedy for lifting the breasts is a breast mask made with cucumber and egg yolk. Cucumber has natural skin-toning properties and egg yolk has high levels of protein and vitamins that can help treat sagging breasts. To prepare the mask:
  • Puree a small cucumber in a blender.
  • Mix in one egg yolk and one teaspoon of butter to get a paste.
  • Apply the paste onto your breasts and leave it on for about 30 minutes.
  • Wash it off thoroughly with cold water.
  • Apply this mask once or twice a week.
4) Fenugreek

In Ayurveda (tradition Indian medicine), fenugreek is often used to firm saggy breasts. Fenugreek has vitamins and antioxidants that combat free radical damage and help to smooth, tighten, and tone the skin around the breasts. To use fenugreek to make a breast mask, mix 1/4 cup of fenugreek powder with enough water to form a thick paste. Massage the paste onto your breasts and leave it on for ten minutes. Rinse it off with warm water. Apply this mask once or twice a week.

5) Ice Massage

Ice massage is another effective method to regain firmness in sagging breasts. Cold temperatures naturally tighten up the skin and slow cellular movement. Take two cubes of ice and massage it in a circle around your breast for at least a minute, but don’t do it for too long since the skin of the breast is quite sensitive. Follow the ice massage by immediately putting on a well-fitting bra and lying in a reclined position to allow the effects of the cold to sink in.

6) Yoga:

The benefits of yoga for the entire body are widely known. Different yoga poses focus on different parts of the body. Those that focus on the pectorals, shoulders, or upper arms are best for adding firmness to saggy breasts. Also, some yoga poses help to reverse some of the negative effects of gravity on your breasts. My article Yoga for Natural Breast Enhancement includes a short, easy-to-do yoga routine.

None of these home remedies take a lot of time and effort, so you could do all of them. You could also take the opposite approach and start with one and then add others until you get the results that you're looking for. Either way is sure to improve the appearance of your breasts.

If you have ever felt self-conscious about the size of your breasts, you are not alone.
