I have some lose skin from weight loss but I'm pretty sure it's actually lose skin because I had stretch marks there so the area lost it's elasticity. It kinda sucks a lot but then again, at least I'm able to be a lower weight now instead of still being bigger.
So, can we go back to the real issue? Are there any remedies to tighten excess skin / loose skin after weight loss? That would be valuable infomation.
The consensus seems to be that loose skin is a myth. Loose skin is actually stubborn fat. Lose the fat, and you lose the loose skin.
Loose skin can be caused by stretched skin after pregnancy and breast feeding of over swellings of the skin , if the skin has not enough elasticity to cover the expansion.
This article is talking about weight loss, not pregnancy or breastfeeding.
