Vitamin D: Can It Help You Lose Weight?

Could taking vitamin D help you lose weight? A study found that low levels of the vitamin is linked to obesity.
Obese and overweight people who are deficient in vitamin D should take supplements to boost their chances of losing weight, experts have said.
