I will go buy some for when i use oils to cook.
I didn't realize that I shouldn't be using my cold pressed olive oil that way. I think so often we use so much more oil than we should when we cook and even if the good oil is a bit more expensive it's better to use and like I said, we don't need very much.
Coconut oil is rather expensive, but the benefits are worth it.
