I know this has nothing to do with this but its for the breast massage thing here:

Do I make a circular rub
on both breasts at the same time or can I do each one seperatley or do
some thing like 1 breast then the other one and the same pattern...
I'm not sure If I'm doing it right thats all...:)

Massaging both breasts at the same time is more time-efficient.
