I've read the many articles you have on breast growth. For six weeks I have been doing the massage (though I admit for the first two weeks I was doing it incorrectly). On week 3, I started taking fenugreek along with the massage. I was doing 100 turns and taking the pills 3 times a day. When I didn't see anything happening I increased to 300 turns and the pill 6 times a day (the bottle said I could) I still really haven't seen any results. I was wondering if you think I should just stop for a little bit and try again, and I've read in one of your comments that your body can get used to the fenugreek. Since I've been taking it for about roughly 4 weeks, do you think I should keep going with them, or try a different one like saw palmetto or add saw palmetto or another you recommend with the fenugreek too it.
I understand that maybe four weeks just isn't enough and since I was only doing the minimum in the beginning that I might have to do it longer, I am just seeking your advice. Thank you for your time.
A month is about the minimum amount of time to see growth. The body doesn't start to become unresponsive until 3-4 of the exact same stimulation.
Thank you for the reply, but I don't completely understand the second sentence. Unresponsive to 3-4 of what exactly?
Months.
