10 More Breast Enlargement Herbs

If you've been on a natural breast enlargement program for three months or more, the hormone receptors in your breasts may begin to lose their sensitivity and stop responding to herbs after awhile. Switching herbs can often restart breast growth again. If you've been using several The 5 Best Natural Breast Enlargement Herbs, here are ten more herbs that you can use if you need to switch up your routine.

 Black Cohosh

Dandelion root is highly effective for producing excretion from the body, which is key to the formation of new breast cells and tissues. The excretion is necessary to clean the estrogen receptor sites that get clouded with environmental toxins and make it difficult for your natural breast enlargement herbs to really take effect.

Don't think that you should use all ten of these herbs, or that you should constantly switch herbs. Neither is true.  As long as an herb is working for you, keep using it. Only switch herbs when breast growth slows noticeably or stops. Then switching to a different herb can often get you past that plateau in your breast enlargement program.

How much herb do you take to make a difference? I can't imagine the recommended dose will produce enlargement. Do you need to "ramp up" the doses?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

Start with the recommended dosage and increase to two to three times that.

Hi, will your breasts return to their normal size and composition after you stop taking the herbs? What about if you take them for an extended period of time, ie one year and then stop?

Caitlin MacKenna said...

You should continue for several months after reaching your goal to make the results permanent although you can cut back your program.
